All service sales are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. By scheduling or purchasing services from CoTrailer Repair Services, you agree to these terms. Refunds and adjustments are issued at our discretion, and certain conditions may apply based on the type and timing of the service.
Refund Policy - The Basics
At CoTrailer Repair Services, customer satisfaction is our priority. While most of our trailer repair services are non-refundable once work has begun or been completed, we do offer refunds or service credits in the following cases:

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time

Work not yet started and parts not yet ordered

Service errors or warranty-related issues (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)
Refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Labor and diagnostics are not refundable once performed.
